Custom Design

Don't like our images…or, want a variation?  We can help.  READ ON!

In the event you elect to create your own design, to facilitate creativity, accuracy and timeliness you will be assigned a specific designer from our staff, depending on the scope and detail of your project. 

Ownership:  All materials provided by customer remain property of the customer. None will be resold or given to any other party.  Use of your design as a free sample in our company portfolio is reserved.

Proof: It is the customer's responsibility to proof all design and/or text.  Postcards are printed only upon customer approval and Stay In Touch, Inc. is not responsible for mistakes not noted by customer.

Color matching:  Because the printing process has limitations Stay In Touch® cannot guarantee an exact color and density match. However, every effort is made to be within a 90% range.

Pricing: Stay In Touch® offers several packages for clients who want custom postcards. Please note that these prices do not include printing costs. Call 1-800-241-9991 to purchase one of our packages.


Express Package ($35)

You have the design, it's ready for print, just upload it.  The number of postcards you wish to print will be noted by order.

 

Basic Package ($70)

Basic Package Image

You have one high resolution image ready, and all the text written, but don't know how to put it together. We'll take your photo and text and get it put together so it will look professional and be ready for print.

Includes:

  • Layout/placement of up to 1 electronically provided image or graphic on the front of postcard
  • Placement of your electronically supplied headline and sub-headline on the front of postcard
  • Placement of your electronically supplied text and return address on the back of postcard
  • Placement of postal permit (indicia) information on the postcard
  • PDF proof for review
  • One set of client requested revisions to the content
 

Plus Package ($95)

Plus Package Image

You have up to three high resolution images ready, and all the text written, but don't know how to put it together and make it look professional. We'll take your photos and text and get it put together so it will look correct for print.

Includes:

  • Layout/placement of up to 3 electronically provided images or graphics on the postcard,
    front or back.
  • Placement of your electronically supplied headline and sub-headline on the front of postcard
  • Placement of your electronically supplied text and return address on the back of postcard
  • Placement of postal permit (indicia) information on the postcard
  • PDF proof for review
  • One set of client requested revisions to the content
 

Premium Package ($165)

Premium Package Image

You know what you want to say, but don't have an image to match your message, you can choose from our library of images so you can choose the right graphic for the audience you want. You can also add up to two images for either the front or back of the postcard.

Includes:

  • Use of 1 high resolution image from the Postcard Unlimited Library for the front
    of the card.
  • Layout/placement of up to 2 electronically provided images or graphics on the postcard, front or back.
  • Placement of your electronically supplied headline and sub-headline on the front
    of postcard
  • Placement of your electronically supplied text and return address on the back
    of postcard
  • Placement of postal permit (indicia) information on the postcard
  • PDF proof for review
  • One set of client requested revisions to the content

 

File Submission (If you are sending print ready files):

1 All artwork must be accompanied by a hard copy print-out and mock-up or PDF of file and carefully marked for size and color.

2 Files received in unsupported applications will automatically result in a minimum charge of 1 hour design time.

Asset Requirements (for all packages):

  • High resolution image (300 DPI) sized to 8.75" X 5.75" In JPEG, TIFF or EPS formats.
  • All Fonts supplied or outlined.
  • Layout supplied in InDesign, QuarkXPress, Photoshop, Illustrator or Acrobat PDF.
