Custom Graphics

Although we know our graphic design is proven, we also recognize that you may want a different graphic layout on the back of your card.

Our design service is free to those who use our standard layouts and/or templates and you receive two proofs. (Only Standard layouts can be used on "members Only" site).

A charge of $25.00 will be added for additional proofs and for custom graphic layouts.

If you choose to have a custom layout, just let us know. Like with standard layouts you will need to provide:

Original photo

• Color or black and white
• 2 X 3 to 5 X 7

Electronic photo

• .Tiff or .jpeg format.
• 300 dpi or higher (to produce the best quality)
• Save as: last name_ first name_photo.jpg
  (example: smith_john_photo.jpg)

Please Note: Photos formatted for web use are NOT acceptable due to poor print reproduction.

IDEA: Stand in front of a white wall (or solid color) for best results if you are taking your own picture. It is less expensive, easy to keep updated…and, looks most professional. If using a scanner, use 300 dpi (resolution)

Things to remember:

• A color standard not yet been adopted by manufacturers of monitors, scanners and printers, we cannot guarantee the final color will match your monitor color.
• Monitors require 72 dots per inch (dpi) to display an image. For print at least 200- 300 dpi is required
• Head shot or bust shot is recommended
