Typically, our "turn around" time is 48 - 72 hours. For personalized orders it also takes approximately 48 - 72 hours after you have approved your proof and returned it to us.
How am I billed?

Your credit card is processed at the time of each order unless we are doing your monthly mailings in which case you are billed monthly based on your level of participation.
Will I see a proof for my personalized or custom cards?

Yes. We provide two proofs at no additional charge to you, sent via email or through a specified FTP site. Our Graphics Department works closely with you for custom layouts.
Why do you only offer jumbo cards?

Can I use my own messages?

Yes, of course. Our messages are provided for your convenience, but you may customize your postcards as often as you like. We have in-house graphic designers who will be happy to work with you to fill your needs.

Our "Members Only" site is yours to use, FREE. If we are maintaining your mailing lists ASCII text, comma delimited, dbase, and Excel are preferable; however, we accept most other formats...and, there is a one-time minimal charge... Also, we will input your database from hard copy for you for as little as $.20 per name.
How do I send my photo?

For the best quality original photos, in black and white, at least 2" X 3" work best. However, we also accept photos electronically via email or our specified FTP site...Remember, 300 dpi in jpeg format only. Our Graphics Department is happy to "enhance" your photo for a small charge if you do not have a professional photo.

Yes, with your personal user name and password, our "members Only" site allows you to add and delete at will. Or, for a minimal one-time fee, we will maintain your database monthly.
How do I know when to mail my cards myself?

Cards should be mailed every month. An Owner's Manual is provided with suggested mailing schedule. If you have chosen SystemPlus (we mail for you), add your name to your data base. Each month you will know when the cards have reached your sphere.

What is the difference between First Class and Standard postage?

With First Class you pay the postal rate quoted for letters. The advantage is that your postcards are delivered more quickly and, if your customer or client has moved, your cards are returned with the correct forwarding address. Standard First Class is the postal rate quoted for letters mailed at the same time but in numbers greater than 200 per mailing. The disadvantages is that delivery can take up to 14 days.

Yes, we can provide you a list for a small fee. The radius search works best for Just Listed/Just Sold mailings. However, we suggest strongly that you build your own list, even if you start with a slim list. Add to it daily and grow your list. People deal with people they know, like and trust...not from strangers.
How can I receive discounted prices?

The more cards you purchase the lesser the price. Also, purchase with a friend or colleague. The total of each order is added, giving you both the lesser price, based on a larger number of postcards. We also run promotions throughout the year so call us to see if we have a promo going on!
