SYSTEM PLUS SERVICE AGREEMENT

In accepting this SystemPlus offer, I understand that I am entering into an Agreement with STAY IN TOUCH, INC. to place data provided to them by me into their system and produce twelve (12) consecutive mailings of postcards ordered by me, pursuant to my request.

I accept that, in performing this service, STAY IN TOUCH, INC. performs and/or guarantees the following:

	1. Delivery of all postcards to the Post Office, monthly
	2. Assumes no responsibility beyond the Point of Delivery (to Post Office)
	3. Provides three (2) proofs at no charge to me
	4. Holds all data as "strictly confidential" and for my use only!
	5. Provides a "Members Only" site, free of charge, for database listing

If, during the term of this Agreement, postal rates are increased by the US Postal Service, said increase will be added to the price of my postcards by STAY IN TOUCH, INC>

Further, it is understood by me to include a commitment of a minimum twelve (12) month postcard mailing to my data base. Any changes I require in layout, message or database, will be submitted by the 5th  of the month, with approvals returned by the 10th. (e.g. March card/ due Feb. 5th).  

 I understand that if I fail to meet a dead line herein set forth, cards will be mailed with the standard message, per the last personal information provided by me to STAY IN TOUCH, INC.

Should I choose to terminate this service prior to completing the twelve (12) mailings, any remaining cards per this contract will be sent to me via FedEx and my credit card charged accordingly.  Should I so choose, and with notice to STAYIN TOUCH, INC., in lieu of receiving all remaining postcards pursuant to this Agreement, a penalty equal to 15% of the initial cost may be negotiated as a "restocking fee."
 
In the event postal rates increase during the term of this agreement, my cost per card may increase accordingly, with no notice to me.

Although a "Members Only" area is provided to me at No Additional Charge, should I elect to not utilize this element, STAY IN TOUCH, INC. offers to maintain my database, including additions, deletions and addresses, for $75.00/year.

STAY IN TOUCH, INC. will make every effort to determine my addresses as verifiable and deliverable, making me aware of discrepancies; however, in submitting my data I accept responsibility to comply with the new National Change of Address requirements and acknowledge that when my data base is submitted to STAY IN TOUCH, INC I have submitted my names to the verification process.  STAY IN TOUCH, INC is held harmless as to my failure to do so.
