In accepting the Just Listed/ Just sold offering, I understand that I am entering into an Agreement with STAY IN TOUCH, INC. to print and mail a Just Listed or Just Sold postcard to a specific number of addresses that I will designate.
								
I understand  that by virtue of entering into this Agreement I have given STAY IN TOUCH, INC. permission to charge my credit/debit card $.69/card per each postcard requested for each mailing; i.e. 200 postcards @ $.69/card.
			
If for any reason access to my card is denied, I hereby promise to provide an alternative tender acceptable to STAY IN TOUCH, INC. and/or pay all balances in a timely manner via check upon notification by STAY IN TOUCH, INC. I further understand that all balances are to be current before a subsequent mailings are posted.
			
It is my responsibility to supply STAY IN TOUCH, INC. pertinent and accurate information on each listing, including pictures and logos. STAY IN TOUCH, INC. will use it's best effort to send each mailing to the most current address available. In the event I have not supplied a mailing list of my own, STAY IN TOUCH, INC. will supply me with a list, by radius search, with the understanding that supplied list meets NCOA regulations.  Said Radius Search listing is provided at $.20/name.  I understand STAY IN TOUCH, INC. guarantees its postcards meet all postal regulations. Further STAY IN TOUCH, INC. guarantees postcards will be delivered, per Agreement, to the local post office.
			
STAY IN TOUCH, INC. accept no responsibility beyond the point of delivery to the local Post Office.
			
I understand the terms of this Agreement and acknowledge that the credit card provided is presented as tender by me.
