In accepting the 4th Of July Postcard offering, I understand that I am entering into an Agreement with STAY IN TOUCH, INC. to print and ship to me the specific quantity of the July 4th postcards I designated above.
								
I understand  that by virtue of entering into this Agreement I have given STAY IN TOUCH, INC. permission to charge my credit/debit card $.14/card per each postcard requested and a flat rate shipping & handling charge of $9.95; i.e. 200 postcards @ $.14/card plus $9.95 s & h.
			
If for any reason access to my card is denied, I hereby promise to provide an alternative tender acceptable to STAY IN TOUCH, INC. and/or pay all balances in a timely manner via check upon notification by STAY IN TOUCH, INC. I further understand that all balances are to be current before I will receive my cards.
			
I understand STAY IN TOUCH, INC. guarantees its postcards meet all postal regulations. Further STAY IN TOUCH, INC. guarantees postcards will be delivered, per Agreement, to the local post office.
			
STAY IN TOUCH, INC. accept no responsibility beyond the point of delivery to the local Post Office.
			
I understand the terms of this Agreement and acknowledge that the credit card provided is presented as tender by me.
