Return Policy

Every effort is made by Stay In Touch, inc. to provide our clients with the highest quality product.

If you are mailing your postcards, carefully inspect your order for any defects or print errors and please verify that the number sent to you is the correct quantity.

Please notify us within 30 days of receipt of your postcard shipment if there is any problem with your order, and we will happily make corrections at our expense. If you give your postcards to your printer for personalization before contacting us, we cannot accept responsibility.

Sorry, but there are not refunds on cards we personalize, after we receive a signed proof acceptance from you. This also applies to postcards we mail for you.

In the unlikely event we inadvertently fail to mail to the correct list, we will credit the entire cost of the mailing to your next mailing.
