Product Guarantee/Refunds:

We guarantee the quality of our product.Personalized orders via phone will NOT be printed until payment is received and proof is APPROVED.

Orders “on line”are proofed by you BEFORE payment and you will be asked to acknowledge acceptance of all policies of Stay In Touch, Inc.

If the quality of the product or errors in shipment are “on us”, your order will be reprinted and shipped to you at our expense.

Cancellations:

No refunds once an order is printed.  If cancelled prior to printing, you will incur a $65.00 design/handling charge.

Proof Approval:

It is your responsibility to ascertain the accuracy of your proof. Upon approval, we print what you indicate as APPROVED. Nothing is printed without APPROVAL. If a mistake is made the order can be reprinted at a discounted cost, if you choose. (Excluding postage and/or shipping)

Color Accuracy:

All print jobs will be cross checked for color accuracy. Due to variations in printer settings, monitors and browsers, proofing via the internet may look different on various computer screens. Further screens use RGB light while printers use 4 color process or CYMK; therefore, the two processing systems cannot match perfectly.

Also, the quality of the photo sent governs much of the process. Every effort is made to match what is sent/uploaded. Should you wish, our services include touching-up your photo if sent ahead. This still does not guarantee color will match perfectly for the reasons stated. No refunds will be made on color orders unless there is an obvious error and determined at our sole discretion.

Sales Tax:

No sales tax is charged outside VA orders.

Postal Delivery:

Once delivered to the Post Office, Stay In Touch, Inc accepts no liability. If requested, we will provide proof of delivery to the Post Office. All individual postcards are traced and we are confident we take every precaution as required for effective delivery. Time sensitive postcards should not be mailed Standard (bulk). Our pricing includes Standard First Class postage.
